The striking surface on these Mongkol Muay Thai pads measures 14″ tall by 7″ wide. They offer 3.5″ of dense padding to tolerate heavy Muay Thai kicks and combinations. Slightly wider at the head of the pads, they measure 7.5″ at the top and tapper down to around 6.5″ towards the bottom.

This model uses a double, Velcro strap design with forearm padding for extra support. A heavy duty handle, anchored with rivets keeps the pad holder in control of these heavy duty Thai pads.
