In-stock items typically leave our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) depending on our current volume. Shipping and delivery times will vary based on destination. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm ICT will be processed on the following Monday or next immediate business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday or next immediate business day.

Shipping fees are based on the weight of the items in your cart. The exact amount is quoted at checkout. The timeline for expected delivery is also quoted at checkout. Shipping timelines may be impacted by both Thai holidays (for example, Songkran in April) and international holidays (Chinese New Year & Christmas). Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time. Timelines stated are estimates only. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
If an order is canceled before shipping, the order will be subject to 4% transaction fee. Orders may not be canceled once they have been shipped.
We do not charge taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees. Shipping charges paid on our website are not inclusive of duties/fees that may be applicable in your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. The buyer is also responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.
In the event that a customer refuses to pay the necessary import duties/taxes to collect their package, the package will be considered abandoned by the carrier and a refund will not be issued for the order.
We offer a variety of shipping options using DHL and Thai Post. Shipping methods vary by country and are updated on a regular basis to reflect the current global availability.

Unless otherwise specified, shipments via DHL Express are shipped in flyer bag packages to provide the quickest and most cost effective service. These bags have a capacity of 5kg. Several packages may be required to ship your entire order.
