Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees Policy
- We do not collect any taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees during checkout unless a tax-inclusive shipping service is specifically selected. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are typically required upon importing goods into your country.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of and abide by your country’s import laws, regulations, and any restrictions on the products you’re purchasing.
- If a buyer does not meet the import requirements or refuses to pay the required import duties or taxes, the package may be abandoned by the carrier. We are unable to issue a refund if the customer does not meet the import requirements or refuses import to their country.
