I purchased the wooden Muay Thai skipping rope for use at home. I used the rope about 6 times when it split. I used the rope on a smooth concrete basement floor. The rope is hollow and seems far too brittle for its intended use. I took pictures of the damage and asked for a replacement or refund. Nak Muay Wholesale sent a coupon code. When I tried to order the rope again the cost of shipping was not included. I asked for the cost of the shipping to be covered because paying for shipping twice on a faulty product did not seem fair, the other rope Nak Muay Wholesale sells is not available in the states. Nak Muay Wholesale stated the rope did not break the way I stated and they were not prepared to do anything else.
