So I unintentionally made this order very difficult. Not only did I change my glove color the day after I placed my order but I also inadvertently switch two numbers in my address. After over 20 emails and the initial package being lost in the mail due to my mistake on the address that I never noticed, Nak Muay Thai sent me a replacement and remembered the color change request even though I didn’t remind them and it was only mentioned in the first email of over 20 back and forth. I really must say it was worth the wait and I’m mainly blown away by the customer service of this company.
