I did not expect these to arrive this early. I'm from the Philippines, and I ordered these on the eve of August 31, 2023. Received them this morning (September 8, 2023). Right out the box (or in this case, wrapper), these gloves appear to be exceptionally made. The leather doesn't have a premium feel (compared to Mexican gloves); nevertheless, they seem extremely durable. The Boon print/logo feels more premium than those on my Reyes gloves (not that it affects how it performs, but I do like how it looks and feels). The padding is a bit stiff (stiffer than Twins, which is more commonly used here), but I suspect it will break in nicely after a couple of bag sessions. Despite the snug hand compartment, the shape of the gloves make them look bulkier than your average 14 oz gloves, but this is a minor issue (for reference, I put these Boons beside my 14 oz Winnings). I understand Thai gloves have a reputation of coming in underweight, but I was pleasantly surprised that these feel just as heavy as my 14 oz Reyes.
Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. I'd definitely order again.
