credit and exchanges

Item(s) for exchange must be shipped back at the customer’s expense within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be in perfect condition and accompanied by copy of the original invoice. Items submitted for exchanged will be inspected before a replacement item may be shipped.

Exchanges will not be permitted for reasons such a “incorrect size or color”, or “change of mind”. Please consult size charts provided, and double check colors and sizing before finalizing your order.

You can contact us to discuss whether your item(s) may be eligible for exchange and to make arrangements for return shipping.


Please note that we do not issue refunds. If you wish to exchange an item, and we do not have a replacement in stock, you will be issued a credit.
